Normally, we use UPS, Federal ground service within maximumn 5 working days to deliver unless otherwise specially arranged for a faster priority deliver.Very few damage happened during shipping, in case shipping damage ordefect occurred, please inform us within 5 working days upon delivery. For returned warranty shippment, we accept the slowest ground rate to us byUPS, Federal and certified mails unless specially arranged. Please pack thepaintings in good protection and package to avoid shipping damage or wetmoisture for a warranty or authorized exchange in original good condition.For holliday seasons, extra shipping days will be needed for delivery.

Custom order may take 20% to 35% security deposit ahead of order and delivery. There is no refund for custom order once the first oil painting sample has been accepted by customer. Customer must pay freight fees and 25% of one sample cost if customer reject the first sample oil painting upon no satisfaction. The lead time for 1st sample is 2 to 3 weeks and for official orders after acceptance is 3 to 5 weeks. The balance must be paid full before all delivery and after our final completion and boarding notice.

All claims must be notified within 5 working days of delivery. A 15 % restocking fee plus shipping fee is charged to wrong order refund or 2nd exchange refund after an original good of no damage return. We accept the first exchange or defect claim free of charge with available replacement promptly. In any other case, if it is our default, we will refund all fee upon receiving good and no damage returns except for custom orders. For any claim, we need your invoice, receipt or shipping record information provided for our earliest service.
